Wellbeing and Resilience
Core Skills Training • Duration: 1 Day

This course looks at the whole person: professional and personal and is both theoretical and experiential, whilst acknowledging the pressures and impact of working in a challenging sector. The aim is for participants to explore stress, resilience and wellbeing from their own personal experience first, before identifying how they might contribute to a happy, healthy working culture.
