This course provides a comprehensive introduction to trauma-informed practice for staff working in support services. It explores how trauma impacts the brain, body and behaviour, and how this understanding can transform the way services respond to and support individuals who have experienced trauma. Delegates learn to recognise trauma responses, apply trauma-informed principles in day-to-day practice, and contribute to building safer, more supportive environments.
