Resilience, EI and High Stakes Conversations

Core Skills Training   •   Duration: 3 × 0.5 days
Suitable for: Team Members

This three-part programme is designed for team members working in high-pressure environments who want to strengthen their resilience, emotional intelligence, and communication skills at work.

The programme supports staff to understand their own stress responses, manage emotional and interpersonal challenges, and engage in difficult conversations with greater clarity and confidence. It equips participants with psychologically informed tools that enhance wellbeing, collaboration, and performance, even in demanding and fast-paced settings.

The course blends neuroscience, reflective practice, practical tools, and real-world scenarios to ensure learning is relevant, accessible, and immediately applicable.
