Resilience at Work

Core Skills Training   •   Duration: 1 Day (or 2 × 0.5 days) 
Suitable for: All Staff

This course is designed for staff wanting to build strategies for resilience in the workplace. This acknowledges the level of change and uncertainty present in our sector and how this impacts on people’s stress levels. The trainer will focus on the importance of resilience when faced with challenge and stress in the workplace and participants will have the opportunity to explore resilience, stress and overall wellbeing. Finally they will explore strategies, goals and skills for developing resilience and balance in work relationships and daily life.

What to expect:

This training is highly interactive and employs small group work, trainer-presentations and wider group discussion. Participants are provided with a workbook which will be used throughout the session, an action plan to embed learning and a handout for reference afterwards.
