This three-part programme is designed for Managers building strategies for resilience under pressure. It develops the skills to lead with compassion, clarity and confidence, using psychologically informed practices to build strong, effective teams. The programme blends neuroscience, reflective practice, practical tools and real-world casework to ensure learning is both meaningful and immediately applicable.

  • Explain how stress and nervous-system activation affects thinking, behaviour and leadership 

  • Recognise personal triggers, patterns and leadership mindsets and how they impact others 

  • Lead difficult conversations with clarity, confidence and structure

  • Strengthen resilience in themselves and others through reflection, choice and boundaries 

  • Model psychologically safe, compassionate leadership behaviours 

Course Content

  • Session 1: The Human Side of Leadership: physiology of stress, emotional intelligence, practical regulation tools 

  • Session 2: Mindset, Conflict & Difficult Conversations: destructive mindsets, conversation framework, co-coaching 

  • Session 3: Thriving at Work: thriving vs surviving, circles of control, self-reflection and action planning 


What to expect:

Highly interactive with small group work, trainer presentations, case studies and group discussion. Participants receive a personal workbook and action plan. All three modules can be combined or delivered individually.
