This course enables Managers to identify existing good practice and build upon it to create psychologically safe, respectful environments. It equips participants to lead confidently - facilitating productive conversations that support performance, motivate others and manage conflict - whilst building strong, effective relationships.

Highly interactive, using presentation, discussion and group work. A personal workbook is used throughout. Available in-person or online.
