Compassionate Leadership

This course enables Managers to identify existing good practice and build upon it to create psychologically safe and respectful environments. It equips participants with the skills to lead confidently and compassionately, facilitating productive conversations that support performance, motivate teams and manage conflict, whilst building strong, effective relationships.

  • Identifying your own emotional response and communication style under pressure 

  • Universal Rights model: applying this to create safe environments for all 

  • Planning difficult conversations: planning and de-escalation tools 

  • Ensuring organisational behaviours and values are brought to life 


What to expect:

Highly interactive, using presentation, discussion and group work. A personal workbook is used throughout for reflection and group activities. Managers complete an action plan to embed their learning. Available in-person or online.
